My name is Pablo Moscoso. I’m from Chile and I live in Berlin for the past 3 years with my wife (also Chilean) and with my 9-month-old son. I come from a family with a long culinary tradition. My father has owned different restaurants in Chile; That's why I grew up in the aromas and flavors of good cooking.
Along with my studies and job as an historian, I worked in several restaurants in Santiago de Chile and in Berlin. Currently I’m chef at Twinpigs Bar, where I developed the current gourmet sandwich menu. I also enjoy preparing different types of delights at home, inviting friends and having a good time. We will be happy to welcome you at our home.
Dinner at Pablo's, with his wife and friend, was wonderful. The food was as promised, an exciting fusion of Latin and German flavors. The conversation was engaging and never faded. A unique and enjoyable evening.

It was my first experience with Vizeat and it was such an amazing experience. Pablo, Catalina and their friend Daniel welcomed us very friendly. The plates were like in gastronomic restaurant. Gratuliere und danke für diese Moment zusammen. Ich empfehle dieses Host.

We had a wonderful evening at Pablo's; a warm and friendly atmosphere and interesting conversation topics with PABLO and his lovely wife Catalina. Food was first class, delicious, and beautifully presented. Chilean wines were excellent. I highly recommend visiting Pablo: a haute cuisine menu for a very moderate price
