Jessica is a former banker born in the States and raised in Europe. Her cuisine (and languages) has been shaped by her experiences living in different cities, from Madrid to London and now on the Cote d'Azur. Sebastian is a true-blue Niçois and Chef Sommelier, having given multiple wine courses in reknown restaurants as well as yachts.
This was a lovely evening with beautiful wines presented by the skilled sommelier Seb and paired whit great food prepared by Jessica. We can highly recommend this event.
