I was born in South Patagonia, in Argentina and moved to Norway 17 years ago. My
personality is cheerful with an open mind and with a diversity of interests, which
connects me to other people, Being diverse enables me to use them in everyday life
situations, as they tend to be very practical.
Plant based food and nutrition are my priorities for the moment and what I have most
experience with. I have a BA in Nutrition Science and I’ve been working on and off
with food since high school. In recent years, I have worked with projects like «No5» and «Comida Viva» with gourmet chefs and high-end developers, also became the owner of Ficus - (com)passion food, a catering business.
My hobbies include gardening (with special interest
in permaculture design), traveling, writing, and walking a lot, now learning to play
the ukulele. I’m also very interested in natural construction methods (like building
houses with clay). Also, I dance whenever I can, read and listen to books about
philosophy and relationships, among others.
And yes I also practice yoga and meditation after waking up and before bedtime.
